The Lafayette welcomes feedback from our readership. To submit information to us, just follow these directions and use the form below.

Tip or story idea:

Have something you think is worth investigating? Let us know. Mark your message as either an on or off-the-record tip. On the record tips can be attributed to you in a story; off-the-record material cannot be attributed to you except as you specify. In both cases, include your name and college affiliation for verification purposes.

General letters policy:

Letters to the Editor are a venue for our readership to respond to content in the newspaper and generate discourse on issues of substantive concern. The Lafayette reserves the right to edit the length of letters to the Editor. The Lafayette also reserves the right to not print letters that it considers unprintable. Letters must contain the name of the author and any college affiliation (i.e. student, faculty, etc.) for verification by the newspaper.

Anonymous letters:

Anonymous letters are printed at the discretion of the Editor. If you are submitting a letter for publication but do not want to be identified as its author, you must include your name for verification by the Editor. All such requests will be honored and held in the strictest confidence by the Editor.

Don't forget to include your name and college affiliation (i.e. Joe Smith '08) for verification purposes.
